WP VideoTube Review: Highly Targeted YouTube Video Autoblogging

I have reviewed several Wordpress Autoblogging Plugins over the last few weeks and 2 of the most recent Plugins I reviewed had YouTube auto blogging features. So you are probably wondering what makes WP VideoTube worth even looking at when you have other Wordpress Plugins that do the same thing and more. All of these Plugins post Videos from YouTube based on keywords, they all post the Comments from the Videos into your Comments section of your Blog, and they all let you manipulate the size of the Video so it fits your Blog perfectly. So why should you bother with WP VideoTube right?

The Answer is easy: Targeting.

While the other autoblogging plugins like WP Robot and WP Mixer have YouTube video auto posting features by keyword, WP VideoTube has a more specific set of targeting features which allows it to provide you with the Videos you want while minimizing the videos you don’t.

So what you saw in the Video was that you can not only target videos from YouTube by Keyword, but you can also get them from the Top Rated, Most Viewed, specific Categories with Keyword drill down, and by Profile. I love having the ability to target specific Profiles as I said in the Video. While it didn’t produce a video from YouTube instantly, it already had 62 videos ready to import into my Wordpress blog on my schedule.

The scheduling is what I really like about WP VideoTube as well. You can schedule by hours or days and with the “humanize” feature, you are not having posts posted at the same time every hour or day. Then, all you have to do is pick the category you want your videos submitted to on your Blog for the targeted keywords you selected, pick an author, and then decide if you want the posts to be Posted Instantly, Pending Review, Private, or Drafts. As I said in the Video above, I prefer to use drafts so I can quickly change the Video Title, make sure the content isn’t crap, weed out any Comments I don’t like, or delete any Videos that snuck in due to my targeting not being as tight as I thought it was.

When it comes to choosing this Plugin over others or deciding to use this one in conjunction with others as I do, you really have to have a specific project in mind. When you have a specific target market you want to hit, WP VideoTube is the tool you will want.
