Seldom do I come across an Affiliate Marketing Tool or Wordpress Plugin that I consider to be unique or in a Class of its own.  I was given a chance to Review WP Smart Tools from the creator of WP Link Engine and I have definitely found a product that is One of a Kind.  After you see the Video below, you will have no choice but to agree with me.

I guess the first question is:  What is WP Smart tools?  WP Smart Tools is a series of Wordpress Post enhancers that allow you to create Posts for Affiliate and CPA Offers that you would not normally be able to create.  There are a few other Plugins for Wordpress out there that have some of the same functionality, but WP Smart Tools literally gives you so many options that when I first started my Review of this software, I was overwhelmed.  I thought I would be able to review this Plugin in just a few days, when in reality, it took me 2 weeks to really grasp the enormity of what this set of tools can do.

The Two main features of WP Smart Tools are the Smart Date and Smart Location functions. 

Smart Date allows you to literally create and do anything with Dates that you want to do.  if you want to make visitors think that something will end the very next day, every day for the life of the Post.  You can do it.  If you want to expire links after a certain date, you can do it.  If you want to change text after a certain date, you can do it.  There is so much more you can do, this is just a snapshot.

Smart Location allows you to do anything with locations or by locations.  With Google Maps integration, you can show Maps of any location, of a visitors location, or of a specified location.  The real treat with Smart Locations though is your ability to use any text or links and make them location specific.  Just like Smart date, if you want only people from Canada to see a certain link or text, then only they will see it.  If you want to place text or links for 20 different countries in your Post, it will still only be seen one way for each person depending on where they are from.  It can be as simple as a small snippet of Anchor Text in the middle of a paragraph and it will not change the paragraph format, it will just change what is seen by each person from each location.  This can be done by City, State, etc.  Tons of op tons here and for Affiliate Marketers this kind of Tool is gold because it allows you to focus Affiliate links by location and not have to create more than a single Post.

WP Smart Tools also has Smart Protect which enhances the Security of your Blog.  It has a great YouTube Video add in which can add videos to your Post or Sidebar.  It has several Widgets and CPA Offer Themes that come with it that can help give you the ability to quickly use this Plugin to create awesome Landing Pages in just a few minutes.  Then it also has a nice Pop up function which can keep visitors on your site a little longer, offer then something special, or redirect them to another page or URL altogether.  If you are an Offers202 or Tracking202 Member, you can easily integrate your API into Smart tools and search Offers right from inside your Wordpress Blog for creating Posts.  You can add a bunch of CPA and Affiliate Networks to this search function as well, just by adding your Affiliate ID.  Clickbank Offers are also included.  Plus, if you have been on the fence about buying WP Link Engine, their awesome Link Cloaking Plugin, WP Smart Tools comes with a Free “Lite” Version as well so you are able to test and use it.

One of the nicest little gadgets is the Variables Tool which allows those using PPC to add specific {keyword} variables to their Posts which Google will then see, enhancing your Quality score and Pagerank in the process.

There are literally way too many options in WP Smart tools to list.  it is the most comprehensive collection of tools for Affiliate Marketing that I have ever seen in a Wordpress Plugin.

I have been using and recommending the MBP Ninja Affiliate Link Cloaker for a long time, but after testing the WP Link Engine link cloaker for Wordpress, I have now switched all my Link Cloaking on Wordpress to this fantastic Plugin.

Yes, there are a lot of Wordpress Plugins that Cloak Affiliate Links.  They are not all created equal and WP Link Engine has definitely taken Link Cloaking and hiding the referrer  to another level altogether.  For those of you who are new to this and are wondering, “Why Should I Cloak My Affiliate Links?”.  The answer is that you cannot afford not to.  Google will classify your site as a thin Affiliate site if you have a ton of long ugly affiliate links on it and your site’s visitors will not click on long ugly links that are obvious Affiliate URLs. 

So why do I think that WP Link Engine is so much better?  It gives you the ultimate flexibility to literally do whatever you want with a link, regardless if it is an Affiliate link or not.  You can do Wordpress Post and Page redirects.  You can do split testing between multiple Affiliate links, Posts, or landing pages with one piece of text or phrase if you want.  You can direct visitors to exactly the page you want them to go to and still get your affiliate commission. 

For example, if you wanted to direct people straight to the purchase page of the Affiliate Program you are promoting instead of the Affiliate Program’s landing page because you think you can do a good enough job of selling the product for them; you can do it.  If you want to hide your website from your Affiliate Network because it does not meet their terms of service, you can hide this and show them a site that they would approve of instead, even though that is not where the clicks are coming from.  You can GEO Target and direct people from different countries to different URLs.  The options are limitless.

Then you can also create as many Keywords as you want and decide on how many times in each post that Keyword becomes a cloaked Affiliate Link.  Automatically.  Which is great for Auto Blogs where you want to automatically place your Affiliate links into the post content without having to input it yourself, ever!

Nikola over at Peomedia is Releasing his new Wordpress Affiliate Clickbank Plugin on November 25, 2009 and it looks like it will be a fantastic Plugin.  Especially if you have been looking for a good Plugin to monetize Clickbank ads effectively without the normal non-related Clickbank Ads that you normally get from RSS Feeds and similar products.

This Plugin claims to be able to use On-Page Content to effectively determine which Clickbank Ads to show on your Blog’s Posts and Pages.  You can change how the Text appears and how it is formated easily from inside the plugin Settings page.  Plus, you can show Clickbank Ads above, below, or both on your posts.  The best thing about the Plugin is that it shows the ads as “Related Products” and not just as ads like Google Adsense.

Nikola has been nice enough to let me Review this new wordpress plugin and I will have that completed in the next few days with a Video to show exactly what this Plugin can do and if it is worth buying at all.

I get asked all the time about how I make money through Affiliate Marketing and why I am so successful at it.  It is really all too simple and I am going to tell you exactly how I make most of my affiliate money. 

I used to focus on mainly creating Product Review sites and don’t get me wrong, I still make a lot of money doing that.  The problem is, I found out a neat little way of doubling my Profits.  I offer Bonus Packages for the Clickbank Affiliate Products I promote.  Most Affiliate Marketers hate these sites, but the reality is:  They work.  Why?  Most of the people buying products from Clickbank are Newbies or serial buyers who are constantly buying new products and there are Millions of them.

Why just Clickbank?  Right now the only reason is I am Lazy.  I like to use software tools to my advantage and I like automation which creates less work for me.

Case in point.  I just completed a very successful campaign in which I never paid a dime through PPC, yet I made over $10,000 in a week (and I am still making money from this) just by offering a $2500 Bonus Package to anyone who purchased the new Commission Blueprint 2 through my affiliate link.

Now, you might ask how do I get the Products to give away for these Bonus Packages??  Easy.  It is all Private Label Rights (PLR) Products.  I purchase the Master Resale Rights to tons of PLR and I give these products away and they make me tons of Affiliate Commissions.  I have 2 main memberships that make it easy and then I do targeted buys when I have a product I want to target.  I use PLR Wholesaler which is a one time purchase for the life of the product which you will find is an incredible value since Gabor adds new stuff almost every other day to it and IMBuzz PLR which is a large product package monthly membership, but it is only $17 per month with the first month only costing $1.  These products carry a lot of star power because you can sell the Master Resale Rights as well as use it for PLR.

I find Clickbank Products which are doing well (have a high gravity) in all of the Clickbank niches and I create a targeted Bonus for them.  Sometimes I end up looking around the web for Bonuses and I will pay $200 or more to get a nice bonus package which compliments the product I am promoting.  You don’t want to just throw the kitchen sink at your buyers like some people do.  Make your Bonuses work with the Product you are promoting in other words.

I create the Bonus, then I setup a mailing list through GetResponse, and then I create a few articles promoting the Bonus Package and I also create a Wordpress blog using the FlexSqueeze theme.  Wordpress sites get indexed quickly and are easy to get into the Number #1 to #3 rank in the Search Engines like Google.  The I start my promotion campaign as documented in my last Post on Building Backlinks.

You might ask why I would give away my techniques here on the Blog, but unless you are new, you know I always do.  95% of the people who visit here never take advantage of this information and I still haven’t seen any competition for any of my current promotions worth worrying about.

This all works very well, but results will vary with your ability to construct effective copy which pulls buyers in.  I also like to use video to enhance my ability to sell the product Bonus packages.  But that all is basically it.  Please ask questions on what I wasn’t clear about and I will do my best to help.

Now with Tim Godfrey and Steve Clayton’s Commission Blueprint 2.0 Launch just 2 days away, you might be wondering how I could possibly write a Review about it.  Well, I was lucky enough to be one of the few to receive an Inside look at the product package.  Now with over 40 Videos, 6 plus software tools, and numerous instructional manuals, this is what I would consider the most comprehensive and complete Affiliate Marketing product package I have ever seen.

MaxBlogPress’ Ninja Affiliate Link Cloaker for Wordpress is more than your normal link cloaker, it is a complete solution for Managing Affiliate Links on your Wordpress Blog.

First, after hearing the hype, I had to admit I was intrigued.  I had been looking for a Plugin which would allow me to automatically add Affiliate links to blog posts without having to do anything.  After I purchased Ninja Affiliate, I loaded it and within a week, MaxBlogPress had released an updated version which had every feature I needed.  This is the perfect addition to my Autoblogging arsenal.

Of course, you can create an unlimited number of cloaked links.  You can choose how you want them named and your Blog URL is the base URL for the links which gives your links Authority.  Then, Ninja Affiliate tracks your Clicks so you know how often your links are being clicked.  I know this sounds just like any other link cloaker, but here is where it all changes.

The guys at Half Again have gone and done it again.  It seems ironic that I have been talking about Auto Blogging for the last few posts and here you have one of the most advanced Auto Blogging services launching today, Blog Profitz.

A few weeks ago I was provided with a Blog Profitz account, so that I could adequately review and evaluate the Blog Profitz system.  After a short period of time and several additions to a few of my blogs, I have to say they have done a masterful job at putting this service together.

You can see what I am getting at here right?  The possibilities are endless.  It is up to you and your imagination.  I have added this service to 2 of my pre-existing blogs and have created 4 more.  All are getting tremendous traffic already (50-150 unique visitors per day) and all are heavily indexed in Google with no issues.  With this much variation in content, and you do need to use the content sources not just affiliate datafeeds, you can show Google that you have a lot of content from various sources and that your Blog is well rounded.  Providing your visitors with everything they could want from a Niche Targeted blog.  I have easily made around $350 from these sites already with little to no effort on my part.

There are alot of Affiliate Review sites built with Wordpress, but there are not a lot of Wordpress Review Plugins built specifically for Wordpress which actually work well.  Well, that is no longer true.  WPReviewEngine is a new, but highly effective Wordpress Affiliate Review Site Plugin.

What sets WPReviewEngine apart from the competition?

The feature list is simple, but it is more about the execution than anything.  Sometimes pictures show you better than anything.  Here is what you can do with WPReviewEngine:

Out of the box (so to speak), WPReviewEngine breaks down into 3 Wordpress Plugins.  A CSV Plugin for Mass Importing of reviews, an Affiliate Link Cloaker, and Review Engine (the heart and Soul of the Program).  The first 2 I didn’t really bother with as I already have a good link cloaker and tracker, but the Review Engine is worth it’s weight in Gold. 

You can use your own Wordpress Themes, or you can use one of the two themes included with the Plugin.  The picture show above is based on one of the included themes.  When you use their themes you do not have to select the “embed” option because the code is already written into the themes. 

You can easily add Reviews and choose to either Rate the Posts/ Products/ Services yourself, or you can choose to let the visitors to your site Rate the items and leave their Comments.  If you rate the posts, the Rating will always stay the same.  You can choose to show the Rating Table which shows the current order of the Rated items from #1 to whatever.  If you let your visitors ratings decide the order, the items can and will change their order in the Ratings Table based on the results.  I like this as it begs for return visits. (You do not have to show the Ratings Table if you do not want to.)

If you already have a site filled with Reviews, you can setup your Rating Criteria (you can set an unlimited number of Rating Criteria) and Mass Apply it to every Post.  You then only have to input your “Editor” Ratings if you are using your Ratings, or you can let it sit and wait for visitor input.

Most of your options are built right into the Add New Post area of Wordpress which makes this very convenient and easy to use.  I created a cPanel Hosting Review site in about 15 minutes:  The cPanel Host (still adding reviews).

I initially had some issues with the activation.php file which comes with the program, but within 2 hours, Customer Support had me taken care of.  I was pleasantly surprised.

Overall, this is one of the most feature rich Wordpress Review Plugins I have had the chance to use.  I like the fact that they provide excellent themes with the Plugin, but you don’t have to use them.  I can’t think of an easier way to make Wordpress Affiliate Review sites fast.
