Reseller Zoom Review: Outstanding Failover Reseller Hosting

Reseller Zoom is an offshoot of the popular Hosting Zoom hosting service. I was doing research on hosting services about 6 months ago when I came across two or three recommendations for the Reseller Zoom hosting service in the Digital Point Forums. I was looking for a new service because, let’s face it, if you want to keep Google interrested, you need change. I moved most of my White Hat sites to Reseller Zoom, but I moved them because I wanted stability. My previous service was an “unlimited” hosting account which also provided my sites plenty of server downtime and I was constantly losing money during peak hours because of it.
Failover Hosting. Reseller Zoom has a Failover Reseller Hosting account which is extremely effective at keeping your site “UP” all the time. It has a great WHM/ cPanel account interface and you can even register additional Class “C” IP’s which makes Google think all of your sites are on different accounts or servers. If you are wondering what Failover Hosting is, it means that the Hosting account has redundent servers that automatically switch when one server has an issue, allowing your site to stay online even when one server has a problem, the other servers ont he network pick it up. You will see at the site that they have accounts which are cheaper, but they don’t provide the security that Failover Hosting does. I would recommend these other accounts to you, but I haven’t used them so it’s a gamble if you choose one of the other options there.
Great Customer Service. That is what I look for the most. When I have site issues, which ussually are my fault, it helps to have a hosting service which will actually help you as opposed to sending you to the “knowledge base” for answers. These guys get two thumbs up for that.
Plus, just as advertised, my sites have been operating 100% of the time since I jumped on this account several months ago. I normally won’t recommend a hosting service unless I’ve actually used it and now that I have for so long, I figured it was time to provide one. I haven’t given much thought to my hosting account and that is what oyu want. A service that is good enough that you can focus on your web business and not on the backend issues. And frankly, with Reseller Zoom, there have been no issues.
I don’t like to list off features too much, but if you are interested in a Reseller or VPS type setup, this is a great hosting service for you. The account I have is the $24.95 a month Failover Reseller Hosting account with 10 GB of space. I will probably move up to the $39.95 a month account because I like the service and its reliability, but mainly because I need more space for more accounts.
If you actually want to resell account, than you can definitley make out here. They have several upsells for you to use with Sitestudio, account upgrades, etc. Plus, you can oversell on your accounts, which is a plus becasue you only get charged for what your customers actually use, not what you sell. Most people think they need unlimited space when most websites are just a few Megs at most.
The Bottom Line is this: If you want a reliable Reseller or VPS type hosting account which is reliable, has great cutomer service and an incredible slew of features, you should use Reseller Zoom Failover Reseller Hosting.
